Every dish is crafted from scratch using house-made sauces, custom dressings, house-pickled ingredients, and slow-roasted meats. We intentionally keep our menu focused and small: Eli believes in serving a hand-picked selection of incredible, refined options rather than sacrificing quality for quantity. He doesn’t just want to serve a meal—he wants to create a flavor experience you won’t forget.

Behind every plate is our 19-year-old son and chef, Eli. His passion for cooking began at age 12, eventually leading him through the Culinary Arts program at Weaver Academy, earning a Culinary Arts Certificate from GTCC, and sharpening his skills in top regional kitchens like Machete in Greensboro. After crafting our signature house-made syrups, he now brings that same creativity and formal training straight to the kitchen. From testing unique flavor combinations to prepping fresh ingredients every morning, his hands-on approach ensures every dish reflects true culinary passion.

Carleigh was patient and helpful considering I had no clue what I actually wanted lol The decoration and art is wonderful. It honestly just tasted like the iced coffee with milk that I make at home. The inside was beautiful, and the service was okay. Nothing stood out service wise. The coffee is consistently excellent, the wine selection is surprisingly thoughtful, and the atmosphere feels like a true neighborhood gathering place. They’re always hosting something fun — from live music to local maker events — and it gives the space so much heart.
